Equans S.A.S. located at 49-51 rue Louis Blanc - 92400 Courbevoie (hereinafter referred to as "Equans") processes personal data in order to manage requests to exercise individual rights.
Purpose
The purpose of processing personal data is to manage requests for information and exercise of individual rights addressed to the Equans Data Protection Officer.
It enables Equans to :
- receive requests, in particular via the online form available at www.equans.com/contact/dpo and by e-mail at privacy@equans.com; •
- manage and process requests, in liaison with the relevant departments;
- keep a record of requests and the responses given to those concerned;
- generate statistics and activity reports.
Legal basis
Article 6 (1) c of European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) This processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Equans is subject (compliance with the GDPR and the French Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties).

- Purpose of the request,
- Follow-up,
- Data relating to the data subject recorded in the processes implemented by Equans,
- Statistics.
This information is collected from the data subject exercising their individual rights, Equans departments and its service providers contributing to the management and processing of the request.
Compulsory data collection
The data identifying the data subject, the description of the purpose of the request and, where applicable, the provision of supporting documents are necessary for the Equans DPO to process the request.
Automated decision-making
The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
Categories of recipients
Within the limits of their respective needs, the following are recipients of all or part of the data:
- the DPO and Equans employees in charge of managing and monitoring requests;
- where applicable, Equans employees and service providers called upon to process requests;
- the service providers responsible for hosting and maintaining the IT solution;
- the data subject.
Data transfers outside the EU
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
The data is kept for the calendar year of the request, plus five years.
The identity documents sent are :
- immediately deleted if the Equans DPO is incompetent or if a valid request to the DPO does not require proof of identity; or
- deleted 1 year after receipt of the request in all other cases.
You may access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, object to the processing of this data, have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to limit the processing of your data.
