Because we work hand in hand with our communities, we are committed to their development. Equans is an international company, rooted in its local communities. In France, we operate through 700 branches. Every day, our 34,500 employees contribute to the economic development of these regions and support local authorities and businesses in their energy, digital and industrial transitions.We believe that these transitions should benefit everyone, including the most vulnerable ones.
This is the goal of the Equans Foundation.
Combating precariousness
By setting up and funding projects that give the most disadvantaged people and associations, access to essential energy systems, so they can eat hot, heat their homes, preserve their food and keep themselves clean.
By supporting training in the energy and related services sectors for people who are not in employment: grants awarded to students for initial training or retraining, with no age limit for recipients.
Our DNA: the commitment of our employees
Whether for energy projects or training courses, the Foundation systematically calls on Equans employees to act as sponsors.
Their role? To monitor, assist and support project leaders and students taking part in our training programmes.
How we help
Financial support: project funding and grants
