CEO
Jérôme Stubler began his career at Freyssinet in 1989 and managed the Normandy Bridge, the Iroise Bridge, the Hibernia offshore oil platform and the Vasco de Gama Bridge in Portugal.
Technical Director of Freyssinet in 1996 and then in charge of major projects since 2002, he developed the company's nuclear business, among others, and created Nuvia, the current Soletanche Freyssinet subsidiary in the nuclear sector.
In January 2009, he became Managing Director of Freyssinet, Terre Armée and also Chairman of Nuvia. In July 2012, he became Director and CEO of Soletanche Freyssinet and Chairman of Soletanche Bachy.
He was appointed CEO of VINCI Construction in July 2014 and became Chairman of VINCI Construction at the end of 2014.
He joined ENGIE in January 2021 as Deputy CEO and was appointed CEO of Equans.

Bruno Charrade
EVP in charge of the MBU Americas
Bruno Charrade began his career in 1995 with the Vinci Group, at Campenon Bernard SGE, where he was involved in the Vasco de Gama bridge project in Lisbon and the Cairo Road Tunnel. In 2000, he joined Veolia, appointed as Managing Director in France of companies of Veolia Transport (CFTI de Lorraine, Schon & Brullard and DISS).
He then became in charge of developing the Southern Europe and Latin America markets for Veolia Transport. In 2006, he created the China structure and the business development team, which he managed. He was appointed Managing Director China in 2009.
He became Managing Director of Transdev Latin America three years later. Bruno Charrade was in charge of Transdev Chile and Transdev Colombia, as well as the commercial development of the Latin American zone. In 2018, he became Managing Director of Transdev Latin America, Southern Europe, Africa & Middle East and Asia, before being appointed Managing Director for all the International activities.He joined Equans in 2021 as CEO of the Americas-Australia zone (AMAUS).

Mark Dirckx is a civil engineer, specialised in electromechanics and electrical engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the service and energy sector.
As Managing Director of GTI Infra, he joined ENGIE Fabricom in 2004 and became its Managing Director in 2013. In 2020, he was appointed Managing Director of the Industry Business Unit of ENGIE Solutions Belux.
He joined Equans in 2021 as CEO of Equans Belgium and Luxembourg.Academic background

Richard Dujardin began his career in 1992 with the Veolia group, as Business Development Manager within Veolia Water and Executive Director for a property development business unit. In 1997, he was appointed Business Development Executive for Veolia Water UK in London and then, in 2000 relocated to Ireland to take over the management of several Veolia Business Units, in water and public transport. In 2008 he moved to Brussels as CEO of Veolia Transport for the Benelux and British Isles. In 2009 he was also appointed Representative of Veolia Environnement for the Benelux. In 2013 he moved back to Paris to join the Executive Committee of Transdev, as CEO for Asia, Pacific, South Europe and Northern Europe. And from 2016 as CEO of Transdev France. Before joining Equans in June 2021 Richard Dujardin has been, for 2 years, the CEO of ISS France.
He joined Equans in 2021 as CEO of Central and Western Europe.

Ana Giros

Ana Giros began her career in ALSTOM in 1996, where she worked for twenty years, holding various national and international positions. In 2009, she joined the executive committee of ALSTOM Transport, being appointed CEO Services, structuring the division, and moving forward its international development. In 2013 she was appointed CEO France, taking over the managing responsibility of the integrated activities of the Group in the country.
She joined SUEZ in 2016 as CEO Latino America, appointed to manage and make reality the transformation and the integration the Group’s activities in the continent.
In 2019 she was appointed CEO of the International activities until 2022, when she joined Equans.
Ana Giros is a graduate of Polytechnic Engineering School of Barcelona (ETSEIB), INSEAD and IMD.
Since 2017 she is independent Board member of Bureau Veritas Board of Directors.

Pierre Hardouin began his career with the Otis Group in 2001, where he remained for almost fifteen years. From 2004, he developed the activities of the Otis Group in the Ile-de-France region, and then throughout France from 2007. In 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of Otis France before becoming, two years later, Vice President Services and Transformation Europe, Middle East & Africa.
He joined the ENGIE Group in 2018 as Managing Director of ENGIE Axima, with the main mission of continuing and amplifying the entity's development dynamics.He was appointed Managing Director of the ENGIE Solutions Industries Business Unit in 2020, before joining Equans in 2021 as CEO France.

Olivier Hérout started his career as a legal expert in social law at Siemens AG in Munich. He joined ENGIE Group in 1990. His career led him to Strasbourg as HR Director of Elyo Nord Est, to Paris as Career Development Director of SUEZ, then to Brussels as Corporate Talent Development Manager at Tractebel and as HR Director of Fabricom.
In 2005, he joined GDF SUEZ's the Energy Services Business Line where he was Executive Vice President in charge of Human Resources, Health & Safety and Security.In April 2015, he was entrusted with the steering of the social part of ENGIE's transformation project before being appointed Group Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer on January 1st, 2016.
Between October 2020 and January 2021, he assumed the responsibilities of Group CHRO ad interim.
In February 2021, he joined ENGIE's BRIGHT project to set up the autonomous entity gathering the Group's asset-light activities, now created under the name of Equans, of which he has become the CHRO. In January 2023, he has been appointed as Vice President of Equans in charge of Human Resources and Health & Safety.

Etienne Jacolin

Etienne Jacolin first worked at Arthur Andersen, in 1985, before becoming head of the European Finance Department of Dole Food Company. He then joined the SUEZ Group, where he was first Director of financial activities for SITA in 1998 and then Deputy Chief Financial Officer of SUEZ. At ENGIE he held various management positions: Chief Financial Officer of Fabricom and then Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Services Division of GDF SUEZ. From 2016 to 2021, he was appointed CEO of the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Europe BU of ENGIE.
He joined Equans in 2021 as CFO.

Thomas Jung

Thomas Jung started his career in 2000 at Gaz de France, where he was involved in data rooms for gas field acquisitions, before joining ENGIE Home Services in 2006 as Regional Director for the West.
In 2013, he joined ENGIE Cofely and was appointed Delegate for the PACA region. In particular, he participated in the creation of the private heating and cooling network Thassalia in Marseille and developed a 12 MW cogeneration project on a factory as well as a "green" industrial steam network in Avignon. He then became Regional Director for the Ile-de-France region and participated in the creation of the territory as well as the integration of new companies and the optimisation of the organisation between entities.He was appointed Director of Operational Excellence at Equans in 2021.

Florence Lépany Duval began her career as a technical advisor in charge of communication for the Minister of Solidarity between Generations and then for the Minister of Health. In 1999, she joined Publicis Consultants where she worked for 11 years in all areas of corporate communication as a senior consultant, consulting director and then partner. As an Excom member, she managed an entity of 42 people, serving the transformation of companies and institutions.
She joined Caisse des Dépôts in 2010 where she created a "digital factory" in intrapreneurship mode, a lever for accelerating the digital transformation of the group. In 2017, she joined Carrefour group to support the launch of the "Act for food" transformation plan.
In May 2021, she joined ENGIE’s project to set up the autonomous entity now created under the name of Equans.

Jean-Philippe Loiseau began his career in 1993 with Dumez-GTM, before joining GTM and then Chantiers Modernes in 2004 (Vinci Group). He was appointed Regional Director for the Ile-de-France region and then Managing Director of Chantiers Modernes and was involved in the Maréchaux tramway and LGV Est projects. He then joined Antea Group, an international environmental consulting group, as Managing Director.
In 2017, he became General Manager Europe of VINCI Construction International Network, then of Europe and the United Kingdom.
He joined Equans in 2021 as CEO UK and Ireland.

Dominique Néel

Dominique Néel began his career in 1996 at ETDE (Bouygues Energies & Services) as a Major Projects Engineer in Electrical Engineering. In 2005, he took over the management of the Ile-de-France Electrical Engineering branch, strengthened the Electrical Engineering services business through external growth and set up the Railway and Railway Station business at ETDE. In 2009, he was appointed ETDE's Ile-de-France Regional Director for Electrical Engineering, HVAC and Railways. He continued to develop these activities through emblematic Parisian projects such as the new site for the French Ministry of Defence, as well as by strengthening service activities through the safety business.
In 2015, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Bouygues Energies & Services for all activities in the Ile-de-France region (External Infrastructures, Facility Management, Electrical and HVAC Engineering) and strengthened the presence of Bouygues Energies & Services in this area. At the same time, it is committed to the training and professional integration of young people in technical professions. He participated in the creation of a sandwich course for railway fitters in partnership with the Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and promoted apprenticeships in all business lines to reach 10% of the Bouygues Energies & Services workforce in Ile-de-France. Appointed CEO of Bouygues Energies & Services France in 2018, he consolidated the regional roots of the teams in order to meet the challenges facing society and pursued an active and committed policy in favour of the training and integration of young people locally.
Since February 2023, he is Senior EVP of Equans France in charge of the Smart Building Division and the activities of ByES France.

Stéphane Stoll began his career at Bouygues in 1994 and joined the Group internal audit until 2002 when he transferred to former ETDE (now Bouygues Energies & Services – BYES) as CFO of the newly created Facilities Management branch before taking management positions in this branch in France. In January 2010, he became CFO of the BYES Group. He participated actively to the acquisition process of ALPIQ’s contracting activities ; he became Chairman of Kraftanlagen, the German arm of these newly acquired activities in August 2018 upon closing. He was appointed in May 2021 as Executive VP of BYES for Energy & Industry and for Germany.
Stéphane Stoll is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris and also holds a master in corporate tax (University of Paris-Dauphine).
