Project Manager Boiler

As part of our Bid & Project team, you’ll lead the way in delivering outstanding project outcomes while reporting directly to the Section Manager.
Are you ready to take the lead in both bid and project management? Here’s what your role looks like:
- bid preparation and providing support during bid negotiations with clients
- define the initial project baseline based on a viable solution and a clear project structure to meet customer requirements and align with business strategy
- launch the solution direction and plan the upcoming project
- build, challenge, and validate the bid proposal while considering stakeholder inputs and commitments
- manage risks and opportunities for the future project
- define key delivery and acceptance milestones and consolidate costs
- project management responsibilities include:
- ensuring a smooth transition from the bid phase to project execution
- taking part in the preparation, organization, and validation of project launch and execution
- initializing the project by identifying key stakeholders, building the project team, and shaping key structuring activities
- managing the financial aspects, including the "Make or Buy" strategy, supplier consultation, negotiation, and contract execution
- driving project launch review with all stakeholders and ensuring proper documentation (WBS, OBS, calendar, budget allocation, security plan, etc.)
- managing the project’s commitments, mastering risks, opportunities, and ensuring deadlines and financial aspects are met throughout the project
- ensuring project quality and overall satisfaction of clients and stakeholders
- handling legal and contractual obligations, mastering litigation, and ensuring compliance
- conducting reporting, project reviews, and phase review meetings
- finalizing projects by archiving documents, closing expenses, and capitalizing on lessons learned for future improvement
Are we a match? You’re the perfect fit if you bring:
- a master’s degree in mechanical engineering
- an interest in the industrial sector
- experience in team management, budget, planning and client
- know how to detect the overall vision of a project
- be flexible in terms of geography and your work schedule
- a driver’s licence B
